In our Scandinavian service center in Gothenburg, Sweden, our certified technicians carry out repairs, support and delivery preparation. We also provide guidance, the opportunity to extend guarantees and customer-adapted service agreements which for example lead to an increased level of service. All of our technicians are trained in the products we distribute. In addition, they receive continuous competence development in order to always be up-to-date with the latest technology.
